We offer a range of In-Person and Virtual Pilates options, including:

  • On-demand streaming workouts (prerecorded sessions you can access anytime

What should I wear and what equipment do I need?
  • Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Layers are helpful for temperature control.
  • Pilates mat is recommended for all levels. If you don’t have one, I can provide guidance on alternatives.
  • For props, I typically use small equipment like a Pilates ring, small resistance bands, and sometimes a foam roller or small ball. Props are optional for everyone  but may be included in some sessions for added challenge.
  • Bring a water bottle, a towel if needed, and a non-slip surface for your practice at home/ virtual practice.
How do I prepare for my first session and what if I have injuries or limitations?
  • Have a clear, open space to move and a comfortable mat.
  • Hydrate and eat light if needed; avoid heavy meals right before a workout.
  • Injuries and limitations: Please inform your instructor or ask for modifications if you have any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions during the booking process or in a pre-class form.
  • If you have a chronic or acute condition, consider consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any physical program.
