Kettlebells & Stretch

If you're looking for a hardcore strength and conditioning workout to help you rapidly burn fat, you found it! The JL F.I.T. Kettlebells & Stretch Training group class involves dozens of different kettlebell and bodyweight exercises performed in specially developed circuits to keep your heart pumping and calories burning! We're not content with the standard 5-10 kettlebell exercises that other gyms use; instead we incorporate a variety of movements and exercise variations to help you constantly progress and stay entertained.

Interval Bootcamp

Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body--heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics and an array of body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. Boot camp is a great way to burn a ton of calories, have a great time while being efficient in working the entire body in a short period of time.

Jump Rope Conditioning

Jumping rope can burn up to 1000 calories per hour, making it one of the most efficient workouts possible. It tones muscles in the entire body, developing long, lean muscles in all major muscle groups, both upper and lower. Jumping rope optimizes cardiovascular conditioning and maximizes athletic skills combining agility, coordination, timing, endurance.

Cardio Dance

Whether you have two left feet or are a candidate for So You Think You Can Dance, this class will leave you with not just an awesome card workout, but feeling the thrill of dance. You will enjoy a jam packed card dance workout set to a routine that is easy on coordination, yet challenging on the body. This class combines super charged moves, coaxing out your sensual, theatrical and playful side in this intense cardio dance workout. Each week will focus on a different theme, whether it's theater, jazzercise, hip hop or salsa. We'll take the best of dance and fitnessize it.

Fluid Strength

Channel your inner dancer by combing basic level fitness movements with traditional dance moves. We will start with a fun and challenging entire body warm-up including isometric full body work that will increase strength & flexibility. We will then combine dynamic strengthening exercises with fluid stretching, creating a strong dancer physique. This class combines the best of strenght training and stretch combined with the fluidity of dance.
